you should be able to click on the categories table and then edit it with some reasonably-intuitive tools

I'd be happy to help, but I don't have access to those tools myself. You should be able to log in, click on your database_name, and find the list of tables

@josswinn do you have access to a MySQL_php_admin or something like that? You can delete or edit records from the categories table without hurting anything.
